Olivia Rose Pilates Is Ready For Your 2025 Wellness Resolutions

Sisters Jessica Rose and Lucie Olivia saw the power of pilates transform their lives. Since becoming certified pilates instructors, they wanted to take their practice a step further, so founded a platform so everyone can learn about and experience pilates from home with Olivia Rose Pilates.

This namesake website platform, which has become a favorite among Instagram It Girls like Roxie Nafousi, Victoria Villaroel and Justine Skye, offers a monthly subscription service for pilates fans.

It’s mainly for those who want to cram classes into their busy schedules, but can’t afford the commuting time to the gym. Their platform allows users to log on and hit play on any of their video classes, offering a variety of pilates classes, from beginner to advanced, classes that focus on upper body, core and lower body, and videos that help clientele perfect their movements.

They also have pilates classes that use chairs and exercise balls, classes to take before taking a long flight and a stretching-focused class to do before bedtime. They have short and long classes that last up to 45 minutes, and even have pre-pilates classes to prepare your body for pilates movements.

All in all, they offer variety, so it never feels like you’re taking the same class. It’s anything but repetitive.

They also offer in-depth nutrition and lifestyle tips, including recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well aws smoothie recipes and snack ideas. Their wellness-focused website also has holistic-focused recipes for healthy living and classes that focus on breathwork.

Now Rose and Olivia are teaming up for their January 31 Day Challenge, which kicks off the New Year with ambition. The goal is to get their clients starting on the right foot. “January is often a time for setting new intentions, and our goal is to help you establish lasting, positive habits through a balanced approach to movement and self-care,” said Rose.

“We believe in starting the year strong, setting the tone for the months ahead with new habits and routines,” said Olivia. “Since it takes just 14 days to form a habit, we wanted to create something fun, educational, and transformative to kick off your year. The 31-Day Pilates and Wellness Challenge is designed to inspire and energise you, and we’ll also host live weekly check-ins to support and connect with our incredible community every step of the way.”

The sisters are offering a challenge for clients to stick with their health and wellness resolutions for the month of January. Every day, there’s a new goal that’s built on what they call the “Three Pillars of Longevity and Health Through Balance.”

This includes daily movement guided by pilates sessions to strengthen the body, mindfulness, which includes breathwork and meditation exercises, and nourishment, which covers dietary guidance for energy, focus and health.

Their diet advice will come from their in-house dietician Reshma Patel, who will provide tailored nutritional advice and meal plans that align with certain health goals, with a focus on gut health and meal prep.

“Our 31-Day Pilates & Wellness Challenge is more than just a fitness program—it’s a comprehensive approach to long-term health,” said Olivia. “With Reshma’s expertise in nutrition and our focus on balanced living, we’re equipping participants with tools to transform their lives from the inside out.”

Highlights from the 31-day challenge include exclusive access to daily pilates workouts, mindfulness exercises, and nutrition plans, as well as personalized support from Patel, who is available to answer questions and offer guidance. There will also be weekly themes focused on aligning physical, mental, and nutritional health for each person’s own personal transformation. Their goal is to empower people through pilates, while focusing on long-term results.

Registration for the Olivia Rose Pilates 31-Day Challenge opens on January 1 and early sign-ups will receive exclusive perks, like bonus content, wellness guides and discounts on future programs.

Next up, the sisters are planning on launching more types of classes on their platform. “On December 25, we’re thrilled to be launching breathwork on the platform, followed by strength and conditioning classes early in the year—all while keeping pilates at the heart of what we do,” said Rose.

They also plan on bringing pilates into the workplace. “Our goal is to give our subscribers everything they need to live their healthiest, happiest lives,” said Olivia. “Plus, we’re launching a corporate wellness program to promote healthier, more balanced workplaces, which is a cause we’re truly passionate about.”

The heart of the 31 Day Wellness Challenge comes from goal setting for the year ahead.

“Setting intentions for 2025 is all about creating space—both physically and mentally—for clarity, focus, and positive energy,” said Olivia. “For us, it’s a way to align with the goals and energy we want to attract in the year ahead.”

“We love starting the year by journaling our aspirations and visualising the outcomes we desire, whether it’s personal growth, career milestones, or simply finding more balance,” said Rose. “It’s an empowering way to bring purpose and positivity into every area of life.”
