While Oregon Ducks fans are delighted the Ducks have a ticket to the Rose Bowl, we’ve now reached the “lull” point of the College Football Playoff schedule. The Ducks haven’t played in over a week, and they won’t play for another two weeks, but there’s still plenty of football to tune in to during the Ducks’ preparation period.
The first round of College Football Playoff games takes places this upcoming weekend, and the winner of Tennessee-Ohio State game will take on the Ducks in the Rose Bowl. Meanwhile, the transfer portal has been open for over a week, which has allowed Oregon to make key roster additions for next season.
Outside of the college world, there is plenty of football on Sunday’s to keep us occupied. Bo Nix’s Denver Broncos and Justin Herbert’s Los Angeles Chargers are competing for wild card spots in the AFC Playoff picture with three weeks to go, and there are tons of other meaningful games being played across the league.
